1. Customised Nature of Services
All our services are project-based and personalised. Since every design or consultation is created specifically for each client, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

2. Transparency & Communication
We maintain open communication at every stage. Clients receive updates and can provide feedback during the process. Reasonable adjustments may be made where possible to align with client expectations.

3. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you cancel before work has commenced, no fees will be charged, and you will not be held liable for any costs related to unstarted services. If you do not receive a draft of drawings within 14 days from the payment date, you may contact support to request cancellation of the consultancy, and a full refund will be issued.

4. Work in Progress
If cancellation is requested after work has started, any payments made will cover the completed portion. No additional charges will be applied beyond what has been delivered.

5. Client Support
We encourage clients to raise concerns early. Our team will listen and collaborate to find practical solutions within the project scope.

6. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

7. Digital Products
For digital files (e.g., plans, designs, documents), refunds or returns are not possible once the draft files have been delivered, due to the nature of digital goods.
